Leading development, production, and customer service for direct marketing projects. Responsible for division planning, new product development, new customer acquisition, technical team management, and product/service presentations.

·         Implementation of customer and acquisition databases for several large Insurance companies.

·         Design, development, and implementation of nation-wide acquisitions database for Chase Manhattan Bank. Support all aspects of marketing, risk, policy and customer service for the $25MM project. Database supports analysis, modeling, and customer service needs while increasing database usage across all areas of the bank.

·         Design, development, and implementation of campaign execution database for Citibank. Database supports mailings at half the cost of previous processes, while tripling usage and changing frequency from quarterly to monthly.

·         Responsible for leading 400% revenue growth for Mid-Atlantic Financial Market in 1994, including tripling our customer base. Expenses were held constant over the same period.

·         Responsible for design and implementation of the first seven modeling projects at DynaMark, resulting in over $1.1MM in new revenue.

·         Designed and implemented a mailing and marketing database for Chase Manhattan Bank - Student Portfolio. Database design was manipulated to serve eight other major clients in banking and mailing industries.

·         Constructed user-interface software to assist client in optimizing mail response rates. Developed a model to predict and minimize returned mail for financial clients.

·         Work with financial credit institutions to streamline processing, integrate modeling, and increase deliverability while maintaining portfolio integrity.

·         Work with credit reporting agencies to analyze, audit, and acquire data in conjunction with client’s desired mailing strategies.

 

            January 1985 to March 1991

            Self-Employed Contractor, principally to AT&T, New Jersey              

Work included analysis, development, programming, documentation, design, implementation, training, and testing.

·         Created user-friendly interface to allow simultaneous access to multiple client databases.

·         Systemic modeling of financial and telecommunication institutions to help analyze portfolios and competitive strategies.

·         Designed and implemented optimization tools to analyze and predict response clusters. System was used by marketing to increase response by 174% while decreasing mailing costs by 17%.
